Blaze introduces the industry’s first kamado grill wmade out of solid cast aluminum up to 1 1/4" thick! The unique all-aluminum design provides unparalleled durability, and the same outstanding temperature control and heat retention kamado grills are known for. The unit comes with stainless steel grill cart including six casters for easy mobility in your outdoor patio or deck. Also, the non-porous grill body allows for the use of any charcoal or wood fuel, as well as any ignition method or material for the lighting of charcoal without worry of damaging the unit or absorption of materials into the grill housing. The Blaze kamado’s cast aluminum body, stainless steel cooking grids, hinge, and all other parts are covered by a lifetime warranty.

Specifically designed to house the Blaze Kamado grill heavy duty stainless steel construction ensures superior durability in an outdoor environment and the heavy duty casters allow you to easily move the grill on your patio or deck. Blaze grill carts feature a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship on all components.
Solid cast aluminum construction. Blaze 20" Cast Aluminum Kamado is constructed of solid cast aluminum, up to 1 1/4″ thick, for superior durability and maximizing temperature control. To be sure in this Blaze offers lifetime warranty for body and parts of the unit. Use any type of charcoal or wood, any material for lighting the charcoal without worry of damaging or absorbing into the grill as the non-porous grill material. The Blaze kamado grill includes cast aluminum stand for safely stabilization in outdoor kitchen.
Innovative details. Pre-installed lid 304 stainless steel hinge with lift assist allows for easy opening closing. Innovative tongue and groove sealing of the lid to the grill body eliminates the commonly used gasket and subsequent replacement due to damage and wear. Excellent heat retention with no heat loss Cast molded exhaust cap for precise heat control without the usual risk slipping out of position, falling off or breaking.
Durability and high standards in every part. 20-inch diameter 304 stainless steel hex shaped cooking surface provides exceptional heat retention and beautiful sear marks. The grate is hinged on both sides so it is very easy to add wood or charcoal without fully removing the cooking surface. Mid-level 18-inch cooking grate allows to cook closer to the fire, add a heat deflector for indirect cooking is also included. On the bottom you can find a removable stainless steel ash pan with handles for easy cleanup. For staying safe from fire during cooking and handling hot middle grate use high heat gloves included.
