Price Match Policy
Kamado Grills Depot offers the best price guarantee. If you find a lower price for the exact same item elsewhere on line or at a local retailer we will match or possibly beat that price. For the fastest price match please contact us at 800-297-9901 or via Chat.
Price Match Procedure
- Please notify us via Email, Phone or Chat. We will verify the information provided before we can price match the item.
- Please provide entire copy of the ad, invoice, quote, screen shot or similar. If it is on line, please provide a link to the site. It needs to indicate a present date. We do not price match to offers that expired.
- It is hard to match verbal offers, since there is no way for us to verify it. In that case we will give you the best price we can at the moment.
- The lower price has to include shipping and tax. We will match or possibly beat price including tax and delivery.
- Item at competitor site / location MUST be in Stock and in Brand New Condition.
- We do not price match split orders. Example: our price on the grill is better then elsewhere but you found a cheaper accessory. In that instance we will price match to full purchase to the other vendor grill plus accessory.
There are some brands that are not allowed to Price Match at all. Please consult our sales represented for details.
Exclusions
- Price match policy doesn’t apply to closeout sales, warehouse specials, refurbished, used or damaged items.
- Price Match cannot be combined with other offers.
- We do not price match to auction sites and vendors such as craigslist, e-bay or similar.
