At Kamado Grills Depot™ we want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy it for many years to come. We strive to provide the best Kamado Grills shopping experience possible. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Contact us at support@kamadogrillsdepot.com or by calling us 800-297-9901. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours, since the order will be shipped after 24 hours. Any cancelations made after 24 hours are subject to our Return Policy. Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusal at time of delivery.

Return Policy 

Kamado Grills Depot™ Offers a 30 Days Return Policy on all new, unused, unassembled product and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We will refund your purchase amount minus the original and return shipping charges.

Item(s) must be:

• New, unused
• Unassembled
• In its original packing
• Returned within 30 days

Items that are not eligible for return:

• Used items, including items that have been installed or assembled or taken out of the original packaging
• “Warehouse Deals” & “Refurbished” Items
• Clearance items.
• Custom-made, special-order and made-to-order products.
• Items requested outside of the 30-day return period

You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of you product delivery. You must request return authorization number (RAN). Please Email us at returns@kamadogrillsdepot.com . We will respond to your requests within 24 hours. An itemized Return Authorization, return shipping labels, and detailed instructions will be emailed to you upon approval. Approved returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving approval.

If your return will be coming back via freight truck, we will require you provide us a photo before your return will be authorized. This can be as simple as a cell phone pic! We just need a “before” picture in case there is any damage to the item on its way back to us. This is to protect you.

Your return must be properly packaged in the original outer & inner packaging to help reduce damage and include all original parts, manuals, pieces, packing slips, etc. Please DO NOT write on the packaging box. Please DO NOT use duct tape or ANY COLORED TAPE anywhere. ONLY use clear packing tape.

Refund Policy 

After we receive and inspects the return, your refund will be issued within 14 business days from the moment we received the item back. We will refund your purchase amount minus the original and return shipping charges. Refunds will be applied to same payment method used when original purchase was made.

Kamado Grills Depot will not issue a refund on a returned item if:

• Item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped.
• The returned item is missing parts, accessories, manuals, original product’s packaging.
• Any items returned outside of 30-day period.
• Please Do Not return your item without authorization number (RAN). They will not be eligible for a refund.
• DO NOT RETURN your item directly to manufacture. They will refuse your return.
