The firebowl and outer body is made of thick ceramics for great high-heat grilling or traditional juicy low-and slow cooking. The body of the grill is covered with glossy durable paint in 3 different color options available: black, red and white. Cast iron and stainless steel cooking grate are great for grilling and direct cooking. The lava stone included for allowing heat deflecting, providing great experience with smoking and indirect cooking evenly. Cast-iron top vent, bottom cooking dial, and temperature scale comes with HeatZone controls. Temperature gauge with color-coded cooking zones helps reaching and maintaining the optimal temperature easy and consistent. A cast iron charcoal basket holds your fuel and comes with a stainless steel starter pocket. Electric starter included used through the electric starter port provides easy and reliable ignition.
